Ingredients of Egg Spinach Salad
- 4 eggs
- 150 gm small potatoes with skins
- 2 handfuls coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry red chili
- Salt as required
- Water as required
How to make Egg Spinach Salad
Step 1: Boil the eggs and prepare potatoes
Take a pan and add water along with a dash of salt. Add the eggs and cook them until they are hard-boiled. In the meantime, heat olive oil in another pan.
Step 2: Toss the potatoes
