Ingredients of Egg Spinach Salad

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 gm small potatoes with skins
  • 2 handfuls coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dry red chili
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required

How to make Egg Spinach Salad

Step 1: Boil the eggs and prepare potatoes

Take a pan and add water along with a dash of salt. Add the eggs and cook them until they are hard-boiled. In the meantime, heat olive oil in another pan.

Step 2: Toss the potatoes

Once the oil is hot enough, add chopped garlic and sauté for a minute. Then add the small potatoes. Once done, add the spinach leaves, spices, and cheese, and give it a nice toss.

Step 3: Serve hot!
