Ingredients of Chicken Masala Fry
- 500 gm chopped chicken
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large grated onion
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- Salt as required
- 2 dry red chili
How to make Chicken Masala Fry
Step 1: Fry onions and chilies
Heat oil in a pan and add dry red chilli, green chillies, curry leaves, and onions. Fry them until golden in colour. Next, add ginger and garlic paste and fry till the mixture turns golden-brown.
Step 2: Add the chicken pieces
Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and fry until it loses all its moisture.
Step 3: Cook the masala
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of water and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Serve
